The Design
The Wendy’s at 75 Maple showcases a full transformation that blends modern branding with architectural refinement, all while retaining the original building footprint. This site underwent a complete demolition of both the interior and exterior, making way for a total redesign aligned with Wendy’s latest image standards. The new structure presents a clean, contemporary aesthetic with strong linear elements and contrasting materials. The facade combines warm wood-toned paneling with sleek, dark cladding and bright red accents that tie into Wendy’s iconic color palette. Expansive glass windows create transparency between the dining area and exterior, contributing to an open, welcoming feel. The entry canopy and wood slatted patio enclosure add texture and a subtle architectural rhythm to the exterior, while also giving the space a refined, urban edge.
