The Property

The project is located within the CBD (Central Business District) of Journal Square, a vibrant and evolving urban hub. This modern residential tower rises ten stories high, offering 77 thoughtfully designed units that provide both comfort and convenience.
Beneath the building, the cellar level accommodates essential mechanical systems and parking, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and efficiency. The first floor serves as a welcoming entry point, featuring typical entry facilities that create a smooth transition from the bustling city streets into a more private and serene living environment.
At the top, the rooftop is designed as a retreat, offering a range of amenities alongside a landscaped roof deck. This elevated outdoor space provides residents with a place to relax, gather, and enjoy panoramic city views, enhancing the overall living experience within this dynamic residential community.

The Design

This eleven-story residential tower is a study in materiality, light, and urban elegance, rising with quiet confidence in the heart of Journal Square. Its design is a balance of strength and refinement, where texture and tone work in harmony to create a structure that both grounds itself in the city and reaches toward the sky.
The façade is composed of smooth cream beige stucco, its subtle warmth providing a timeless backdrop against the striking copper-toned metal panels that shimmer with the changing light. Anthracite grey aluminum window frames carve a rhythmic contrast, their dark hues grounding the building’s modern geometry. Frameless glass guardrails encircle the terraces, offering transparency between private retreats and the urban expanse beyond.
