The Design

The fitness center is a well-appointed, dual-zone wellness space that balances warm residential design with serious training functionality. Slatted oak ceiling panels and integrated linear LED lighting carry the building’s material language into the gym, creating a refined atmosphere that feels cohesive with the lobby’s design ethos. The cardio zone is positioned toward the natural light, with treadmills, ellipticals, and a stationary bike arranged along black-framed windows overlooking the neighborhood greenery. The strength zone occupies the deeper portion of the space — a full rack system, adjustable benches, dumbbells, and a pull-up station are arranged on dark rubber flooring, with full-length mirrors amplifying the sense of space and allowing for proper form. A glazed partition separates the two zones while maintaining visual openness throughout. The result is a fitness environment that feels purposeful and well-considered — one that supports a full range of training needs without sacrificing the design continuity that defines the building as a whole.
