The Design

This six-story Mix Use building is a testament to the delicate balance between industry and intimacy, where raw strength meets the warmth of home. The façade, clad in corrugated metal panels of silver and black, reflects the ever-changing light of the city, mirroring its movement and energy. The textured metal, both strong and unyielding, speaks to resilience—an anchor in the urban landscape.
In contrast, fiber cement wooden Nichiha panels introduce a quiet warmth, a reminder that even within the city’s pulse, there is space for stillness. Their organic texture softens the building’s edges, offering a connection to nature amidst the steel and glass. Gray aluminum window frames act as a bridge between these elements, blending the bold with the familiar, the modern with the timeless.
