The façade of this first building (also known as Building A) is a thoughtful composition of white and wood finishes, creating a light and elegant appearance. The design incorporates balconies and various outdoor spaces, adding visual interest to the building’s exterior. These features not only enhance the building’s aesthetic, but also provide residents with outdoor living areas that invite relaxation and social interaction.


Spanning 12,000 square feet, the commercial retail space brings new and exciting activity to the building’s ground floor, offering convenience to the doorstep of all who reside there. Above this space, the building houses 266 residential units, designed to cater to a diverse community with varying needs and preferences.


A standout feature of 401 East 3rd St. is its commitment to green and sustainable living. The entire roof is equipped with solar panels, significantly reducing the building's carbon footprint by making it entirely energy efficient. Additionally, the second floor hosts a green roof area complete with an outdoor pool, sports area, and barbecue spaces. This not only provides a recreational haven for residents but also helps in managing rainwater runoff and improving building insulation.
