The Design

The lobby is designed as a warm, gallery-like arrival experience anchored by a sculptural reception desk — a travertine base faced with oxidized metal, backed by a textile wall and flanked by symmetrical oak niches with stacked globe pendants. The material palette of cork, oxidized timber, travertine, and warm oak establishes a refined, organic character throughout. A layered lounge sequence beyond the desk features a curved bouclé sofa, navy accent chairs, and sculptural oak side tables, framed by a rhythmic colonnade of slim oak columns. A living moss feature wall bearing the building’s address serves as a biophilic focal point, while large-format stone porcelain flooring and floor-to-ceiling glazing complete an arrival experience that feels closer to a boutique hotel than a conventional residential lobby.
